Introduction
In June 2018 I took a good friend from UK on a tour along the western part of Norway. Within a week I showed him some of my favorite roads in this part of the country.

Day 2 – beautiful views, great roads and sourcream porridge.
We left Oslo basking in sun, and the weather stayed that way for the whole day which is quite fantastic for Norway!

Day 3 – Mountainpasses, hairpins and panoramic views.
What a day! The sun is still our friend, and the views today has been so scenic and so many, that we are almost speechless.

Day 4 – Norways oldest stave church, two very different ferries and a strange stone
A bit of culture on todays jorney did not scare our british travel companion.

Day 5 – going west into the fog, eating out and seeing the seven sisters.
First I have to tell you, that when we were enjoying an extremely fresh and delicious cod yesterday, Bob suddendly said: is that a submarine? And it was! Funny thing.

Day 6 – Saving the best for last…
Even though this is the last whole day together, none of us can really pick one favorite distance on this tour – it still might be claimed that this day was the icing of the cake.
