In June 2018 I took a good friend from UK on a tour along the western part of Norway. Within a week I showed him some of my favorite roads in this part of the country. The journey went along fjords and over mountains, thus I have simply named this tour “Fjords and Mountains”. The below posts is a blog from that particular tour.
In short it was a 1800km long, 6 days tour through Norway´s mighty nature with start and finish in Oslo.
A few words of advice: Look out for trolls as we ride into the wilderness, over steep mountain slopes surrounded by snow and craggy summits on roads carved into the mountain. Don´t loose your concentration to breathtaking views as we ride under high waterfalls along Norway´s iconic fjords. Just relax and enjoy the whole show as we ride, eat, sleep and repeat for six days.
